About Grant Clark
Grant is the founder of Hidden Warrior Yoga, offering strength and yoga training, with the goal to help educate others to move well, so they feel well. As an athlete, Grant developed consistent back pain at a young age. He sought help and discovered the world of corrective and connective fitness. After curing his back ailments, Grant became a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, and later became the founder of Hidden Warrior Yoga. Grant’s found his passion in helping others find relief from pain and daily stress by providing instructional stretches, breathing techniques, and exercises that are focused on curing pain and gaining strength.
